Sales representative and sponsor bank
Lumien Payments is an authorized sales representative of Shift4 Payments, LLC, Center Valley, PA. Shift4 Payments, LLC is a registered ISO of Citizens Bank, N.A., Providence, RI.
Lumien Payments markets merchant services and helps businesses apply. The merchant processing agreement is between your business, Shift4 Payments, LLC and its sponsor bank, and they decide whether to approve an account.
Pre-screen is not approval
A pre-screen is an estimate from Lumien's own checks. It is not an approval. Final approval is made by our processing partner and its sponsor bank after underwriting.
Nothing on this site or in the application means your merchant agreement is in effect until the processor and its sponsor bank accept it. Your portal shows the processor's decision when it is made.
Pricing
This site explains pricing programs (dual pricing, flat rate and interchange plus) but does not quote rates. Your rates and fees appear in the processor's pricing section of your application before you sign. Dual pricing programs must follow card brand and state rules on how prices are displayed.
Equipment and trademarks
Equipment names such as Shift4 Dine (formerly SkyTab POS), SkyTab Glass, Shift4 Duo and PAX are trademarks of their owners. Illustrations on this site are generic and do not depict any specific device. Card brand marks are not shown on this site.
Communications and electronic records
Calls and texts happen only with your consent; see calls and texts consent. Applications are signed electronically only after you agree to the electronic records and signatures consent.
